So, I'm pretty sure it has been confirmed Shamrock-Ortiz III, Who really wants to see this?

The only reason I will be watching this is because it will be free. Its most likely going to be on one of the upcoming Ultimate fight nights on spike T.V. It should be a night of great fights with the return of The Prodigy B.J. Penn taking on kuniyoshi Hironaka. I think the event is scheduled for October 10th. Should be pretty good.

So, I'm pretty sure it has been confirmed Shamrock-Ortiz III, Who really wants to see this?
I will defiantly watch it and if i could get it on pay TV i would pay to watch it just in case a miracle accrued and Ken KOd Tito but i am pretty sure that the same outcome will retire the once great Shamrock.

I am very excited to see BJ back in the Octagon after losing to GSP and i think he is going to be a force to be reckoned with. I would love to see him drop to 155lbs to take on Little Evil Jens Pulver in a rematch and then a fight with Matt Hughes if he starts putting some wins together.

Also if Chuck Lidell defeats Renato and Wanderlai Silva (I'm giving him a 50% chance) he will be taking on Tito Ortiz at UFC 67 provided both these guys win if Chuck losses to Silva Tito will face Silva for the belt and Tito will lose either way.
Reply:Ortiz just keeps pummeling shamrock. The poor old guy just needs to give it up, I loved Ken back in the day but Ortiz has proven over and over he's better. Now I just feel bad for Shamrock it seems he's a glutton for punishment. Have fun at the fights,I've always wanted to go to one
Reply:Yep, it's confirmed for 10 October according to Sherdog. However, I think UFC 64 is 14 October. Not sure what the deal is.

I'd really like to see Shamrock retire on a win. The fact that he'd have to lay the smackdown on Ortiz only makes it sweeter.
Reply:ortiz is going to crush him again.
Reply:shamrock needs to learn to let go...his glory days are over; done; finished; kaput.

also, he needs to change that hair style---it's too young for him.
Reply:shamrock is a washed up old man
Reply:im gonna watch it for sure, seems like one of the best fight night cards yet, i doubt shamrock will do any better but it would be sweet if this last ortiz/shamrock fight was actually competitive. i hope shamrock is training like a manic for this one
Reply:If it's on Spike TV I'll definitely watch it. Tito will smash in Shamrock's head again.
Reply:I am a BJ Penn fan and if Ortiz and Shamrock happen to fight on the same night, I guess i'll watch it since it will only take a minute for Ortiz to woop Ken Shamrock's @ss again. I agree with just about everyone else who answered the question who said that Ken Shamrock is a has been and needs to retire. As far as i'm concerned, the only Shamrock that can woop Ortiz is Frank Shamrock.
Reply:BJ has already returned to the UFC.. remember Penn VS GSP?????????

I would watch this only and only if it were free....
Reply:I could care less to watch these two fight again. Shamrock is just embarresing himself.
Reply:I agree with supraman, he's washed up still living in past glory. He needs to step down and rebuild the Lion's Den from the bottom up and return that fight camp to glory! Who's the last Lion's Den fighter to make any noise in MMA recently? Is there even a Lion's Den or is it all Shamrock now? He needs to retire already and offer his services to the next up and comer, oh wait he already tried that on TUF3 and looked horrible. Just retire and go into color commentary for Pride, UFC, or KOTC!
