Ken Shamrock Did it to Bas Ruten while he was in half gaurd! Could it be done in Full guard and why or why not?
Will it be possibal to do a Knee bar while caught in the full Guard?
No. Half guard is actually an ideal position to get the knee-bar whether your on the bottom or the top. The reason being is that the legs are positioned on either side of one leg. In full guard, you would have to break the guard before getting anything with the legs.
