Frank Shamrock or Renzo Gracie ? Who will win?
I would love to Say Renzo, as I have trained at his New York gym with him. He won his last fight and has the submissions, but Frank isn't a mug when it comes to Submissions either.
I'm gonna be a chicken and hang neutral on this one, i'm undecided.

Reply:Frank, even though he talks more than he can back up... Renzo is just too old.
Reply:Theres nothing Renzo can do better then Frank, so I don't see how he can win, plus Frank is way more ripped and crazy.
Reply:Frank will win is my guess. Frank was great. One thing that concerns me is I don't know why he has been so inactive in last several years. If he has some kind of serious injury he can't shake off then he might lose.
