Has ken shamrock retired from the ufc??

Ken is in the UFC Hall of Fame, so never rule him out completely.

The last I heard he was still going to be coaching a team in the IFL, which is nowhere near the UFC in talent.

Has ken shamrock retired from the ufc??
Officially, Ken was released of his UFC contract as of June 2007. Ken was reportedly released because of his status as coach of the Reno Lions in the International Fight League. From what the news is reporting, Dana White was pretty pissed that Ken went to the IFL. ...And when Dana gets a grudge, he never lets it go. However! There were rumors that he was going to fight Micheal Bisping at UFC 75. Dana White later said that was all just hear-say. So, I bet it is safe to say that we may never see Ken in the UFC ever again.
Reply:Ken has left the ufc and will be fighting with Elite XC on a card with his son also having a fight that night(ryan shamrock). If you want the info i found it at http://www.themmanews.com Ken's also supposed to be fighting his adapted brother Frank sometime to come.
Reply:Ken Shamrock is fighting on Showtime's EliteXC in March 2008. He made several references that he had some unfinished business in the cage that was hampered by injuries in the past. That was his reason he lost those times to Tito Ortiz. It has been rumored that Tito is leaving the UFC after his next fight, which is against Machida, as it is the end of his contract. By Shamrock's comments, we might be seeing Shamrock vs Ortiz for the 20th time on Showtime at the end of the summer.
Reply:He might have some fights in the IFL but not in the UFC its over.

Problem with a/c
