Why do so many people think Ortiz is gonna beat Evans?

Who has Tito fought lately?

Besides Shamrock 10 years past his prime.

NOBODY.

Tito 15-5

Evans 15-ZERO

Think about it, I mean really think about it.

On a side note:

The whole "nappy headed ho" comment from Ortiz made me lose all respect for him.

Why do so many people think Ortiz is gonna beat Evans?
I hope Evans Beat the Living Hell out of Tito ...... I lose my respect for him too ...
Reply:And to answer brian f's question, I survive in this world by not having respect for people who have no respect. Especially racist pricks. Report It
Reply:Because Tito is the better mixed martial artist overall. Rashad hasnt fought no great fights and Tito has been in many great fights and against legendary names like Shamrock, CHuck Lidell, Randy Couture, Vitor Belfort and Silva. Name some that Rashad has fought and no comparison to Tito.
Reply:If that comment made you loss respect for Tito then how do you survive in this world? Tito says all kinds of things to hype things up. He gets a percentage of the ppv buys when he fights. So the more people that watch the more money he makes. As far as their fight records go. Well, lets see Tito has lost to some of the top fighters in the world, but has won more against some of the top fighters in the world. Rashad wins have come by decision against B-level fighters, except for his 1 KO against a guy who had not fought mma before, and that guy was taking Rashad down at will. So yes, I've really thought about it, and I'm going with Tito on this fight. If he loses it doesn't matter neither one is ever going to hold the title.
Reply:Tito is a punk, . We will see and I hope for one he loses.
Reply:Thats why they have the fights you douchebag, because you don't know who is going to win. I picked Evans also but that does not mean Tito can't win if he comes in with the right game plan.
Reply:Tito has lived around controversy since inception. There hasn't been a fight he's gone into that he hasn't had some harsh words in order to try and get inside the head of his opponent. Evans has done much better since slimming down but this would be his by-far best matchup since coming to the UFC. Tito has never had to worry about moving up or down in weight and his training ethic is by far superior to Evans. I have always seen Evans use wrestling techniques which is fine, but Tito is well too known for defending. I look for Tito to take it in the 2nd round by armbar submission although as we all know, it is a fight and anything can happen.
Reply:Tito's legendary fights?

Overrated and washed up Ken Shamrock. Washed up at UFC 40 too.

Got his *** whupped by Randy.

Chuck knocked him senseless twice.

Vitor had started his downward spiral with his loss to Randy.

Tito really hasn't beat anyone of name. I think he lost to Forrest too but judges can be retarded (Devin Cole vs. Orvil Palmer anyone?) His supporters always turn back to the Shamrock fights. What the hell has Ken done in the last 5 years? He beat Kimo. Hoopity doo. Tito couldn't even hurt Patrick Cote'. He should be thrilled Mezger was injured.

Rashad hasn't beaten anyone of name either obviously. But rushing to Tito's side because of that isn't an arguement. Rashad has better stand up. If Tito couldnt' take Forrest down in the second and third rounds, what makes you think he can take down a better wrestler?
